Los "scones" de Manu, le Cheff.

Manu, peleándose con la masa.
English version.
Hello Gran Canaria! Today I'm going to talk about an anecdote that happened to me last week: I was in English class at school when the teacher handed us a sheet with ingredients and instructions for making ''scones'' buns and tell us to do some as task. (I was looking at him like "this is a joke right?") I got home and told my mother, she looked at me as ''perfect, good for me! I have to cook with the student..." But then she was kind and bought all the ingredients and making sure everything was okay.
That day, after eating the mother called me and told me where they were the ingredients to make it (what a strange thing I'm going to put in these buns i thought). Well there I was in front of all these ingredients and not knowing what to do. I started with the basic, put everything in a bowl to mix it (the truth is that the mother when she percapts that i didn't know what to do she helped me a lot). Then I started to remove all to have a good mass, i had to do this with my hands and i started to have mass by all sides. After removing played my favorite part: Use the roller! When i was using it i thought in my theacher's head because he send to me this task. Then I put them in the oven for 15 mins. At the end i had a great time and i make a fantastics ''scones''.
That's all from Ireland. See you, Gran Canaria!

Pero qué arte...
Spanish version.
¡Hola Gran Canaria!
